Zorawar Kalra, counted amongst one of the youngest most successful restaurateurs of India, launched his much anticipated, genre defining restaurant concept Farzi Café, Modern Indian Bistro in the City of Joy. The global franchise Farzi Café opened it’s doors in 11, Ho Chi Minn Sarani on 12th July. Speaking on this big reveal, Zorawar Kalra said, “Farzi Café was born out of our sheer passion for Indian food, while aiming to showcase its robustness, thereby bringing it back ‘in-vogue’. The absolute adulation shown by our patrons, from India and overseas, for the efforts put in, behind the concept of Farzi Café is simply humbling. It is this faith, coupled with the demand, which has encouraged us to bring the concept to Kolkata and are confident that our guests would enjoy the freshness incorporated in the overall experience. We are very thrilled about this launch as we have been waiting to come to the City of Joy for a long time. This is going to be our 12th outlet in the country. We’ll also be launching in Canada in the coming months which will complete our presence in 9 countries. While we continue to innovate and showcase various aspects of the cuisine from the vastness of the country, we promise to remain true to the Farzi concept – to provide a cutting edge and innovative dining experience to each and every guest.”
