Seeds of Innocence and HomeIVF have announced the appointment of Mr. Yashpal Singh Rao as Chief Executive Officer (CEO). His experience spans business strategy, multi-centre operations, patient acquisition, digital transformation, contact centre management and healthcare growth, providing him with a comprehensive understanding of building and scaling patient-centric healthcare organizations.

Since joining Seeds of Innocence, Rao has been instrumental in strengthening the group’s growth strategy across operations, marketing, digital transformation, expansion, business development, and patient experience. Under his leadership, the organization has focused on building scalable systems, strengthening operational excellence, improving patient conversion and outcomes, and creating a robust foundation for long-term growth.
