Now avail Airport like lounge at New Delhi Railway Station

Airport lounges have been popular for comfort, luxury studded with all facilities. Can a railway station also have such a lounge? Till now we have been used to waiting rooms with upgraded facilities but now there is good news for travellers.  A new airport like lounge is now functional at first floor of platform no 1 of the New Delhi Railway station.

The entry charge is Rs 150 and there are usage charges of Rs 99 per hour. The passengers can access the seating area, Wifi, and a complimentary coffee. Those opting for reclining chairs have to pay Rs 500 for 2 hours.

Buffet comprising chinese, Indian and continental food  is priced at Rs 250 and Rs 350 for veg and non veg food. A business center is also available in the same lounge. Such lounges have already been present in Agra, Jaipur, Ahmedabad etc. This facility is of great help to those looking for safe and working transition place.
